How to delete your data

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and you can disconnect Instagram and Facebook without contacting us.

Disconnect social media

When you remove Kolaris from your app settings on Facebook or Instagram, we are notified automatically. We then delete the access tokens and the link to your account, and stop publishing. You will find this under settings for apps and websites in your Facebook or Instagram account.

Request full deletion

To delete everything we have stored about your business, use the contact form and write "Data deletion" in the message. Include the company name, and ideally the email or phone number you registered with, so we can find the right account.

What gets deleted

  • The business profile and the information you gave us during onboarding.
  • Images and captions we have stored for you.
  • Access tokens and connections to Instagram and Facebook.
  • Subscription and related operational data.

Content already published to your own accounts is owned by you and is not removed automatically. You can delete it yourself directly in your accounts.

When it happens

We handle deletion requests without undue delay, normally within 30 days. You receive a confirmation when the deletion is complete.
